After an eight-hour bus ride from Kathmandu, I finally arrived in Pokhara on a chilly night, feeling the weariness of the journey melt away as I took in the serene surroundings. The long day had worn me out, but I was excited for the adventures that awaited me. The next morning, I woke up to a fresh start, and my day unfolded beautifully. I even stumbled upon a local wedding ceremony at a nearby temple, which added a vibrant touch to my experience. Later, I met a sadhu by a cavern, immersing myself in the spiritual atmosphere that permeates this enchanting city.

While I had grand plans to glide and trek to Annapurna Base Camp, time was not on my side. However, I made my way to Poon Hill, where the breathtaking views of the entire Annapurna range left me in awe. The sunrise there is a sight to behold, even if the skies turned hazy for the next few days. The warmth of the local community and the stunning beauty of the Himalayas made Pokhara an unforgettable destination for any nature enthusiast.
