Deerly Beloved!

Strolling through Nara Park felt like stepping into a whimsical dream. The 20-25 minute walk from Nara Station was a breeze, allowing me to soak in the serene charm of this small town. As I wandered deeper into the park, I couldn't help but notice the adorable deer minding their own business—unless, of course, I had a package of deer biscuits in hand. The moment I pulled them out, it was like a scene from a movie: the deer came bounding over, bowing their heads and begging for a treat. It was a delightful sight, but I quickly learned to keep those biscuits tucked away, revealing only one at a time to avoid being mobbed!

The park is alive with these gentle creatures, and I found myself captivated by their playful antics. Some were lounging on tree stumps, while others navigated the pathways with a charming grace. I had my camera ready for all the unforgettable moments, from the deer frolicking to the serene backdrop of the surrounding temples. Nara Park is not just a place to visit; it’s an experience filled with laughter and joy that I’ll cherish for years to come.
