If you’re anything like me, you find solace in the beauty of nature and the thrill of capturing it through your lens. One of my favorite places to indulge this passion is Yangshuo, nestled in the stunning Guangxi Province, just a breezy three-hour train ride from Shenzhen. I still remember the days when I would drive for 7 to 8 hours to get there, but honestly, every minute spent on the road was worth it. Over the past decade, I've visited this enchanting landscape four times, and each trip feels like a fresh adventure. Even during the pandemic, when travel was limited, I found my way back to Guilin, drawn to its breathtaking scenery and the promise of new discoveries.

With my trusty DSLR and DJI drone in tow, I’ve soared over the magnificent Li River and the iconic Yangshuo mountains. From the mesmerizing Longji Rice Terraces to the famed 20 RMB Xianggong Mountain, each shot tells a story. Whether it's the serene bamboo rafts gliding along the river or the vibrant moon hills towering in the background, the views are simply spectacular from above. Trust me, witnessing these landscapes at both sunrise and sunset has a way of capturing the heart and soul of this magical place.
