I require a deposit, payment plans, invoicing. Payments can be done thru TT, Paypal, Wechat, Alipay or GCash.
What deliverables will I receive upon completion?
File formats, packaging and/or sample if it's prototyping.
What is my policy on design revisions?
The number of revision rounds depends on the complexity of the project. For standard artwork, there are typically three rounds, whereas for more labor-intensive work, such as animation or prototyping, revisions are usually not included.
Do I offer other creative services or can you connect me with other professionals if needed?

Who owns the design copyright?
I am the initial legal owner of the design copyright as the creator, but this ownership can be transferred to the client through a written agreement or assignment of copyright, typically detailed in the contract.
Do you work with clients outside of my location?
Yes, I have clients around the world.
What happens to unused designs?
If the payment is partially completed or unpaid, I retain ownership of the work. However, if the deliverables were paid and provided in accordance with the contract, the client owns them, regardless of whether they choose to utilize them.
Can we meet in person or via video call?
Please clarify the billing process for off-site meetings, such as train or flight tickets and hotel accommodations, which are typically charged to the client upon request. In most cases, a video call suffices, or if the meeting is local, a scheduled in-person meeting will be arranged.
