I am the initial legal owner of the design copyright as the creator, but this ownership can be transferred to the client through a written agreement or assignment of copyright, typically detailed in the contract.

Yes, I have clients around the world.

If the payment is partially completed or unpaid, I retain ownership of the work. However, if the deliverables were paid and provided in accordance with the contract, the client owns them, regardless of whether they choose to utilize them.

Please clarify the billing process for off-site meetings, such as train or flight tickets and hotel accommodations, which are typically charged to the client upon request. In most cases, a video call suffices, or if the meeting is local, a scheduled in-person meeting will be arranged.
