Siargao Island

The Surfing Capital of the Philippines.

Siargao Island, Philippines, is hyped for a reason—it's truly PARAISO. As a proud Pacific Islander, I can confidently say my home country boasts around 7,600 stunning islands, each with its own charm. The warmth of the people mirrors the beauty of the landscape, and just like me (wink), they make you feel right at home. Though I’ve only visited once, Siargao has left an indelible mark on my heart. My adventure began in General Luna, where I experienced island hopping and indulged in a delightful seafood buffet. However, I know there’s so much more to explore, and I can’t wait to return.

On my next trip, I plan to dive deeper into the island's wonders, maybe spend a whole week soaking in everything Siargao has to offer. I want to try snorkeling, fly my drone to capture those breathtaking views, and, best of all, hit the waves. Known as the surfing capital of the Philippines, Siargao is perfectly positioned near the Pacific Ocean, providing some of the most epic waves for surfers. It’s a paradise I long to rediscover, and I’m already dreaming of my next escapade!
